In this role, you’ll be instrumental in enhancing our operations across Production, Quality, Engineering, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Training. Continous learning and training opportunities Your Purpose and Key Responsibilities: As the Process & Quality Engineer, you’ll lead initiatives to design and maintain business processes that uphold quality standards. Systems and Process Development: Implementing and maintaining processes in line with company policies and standards in Production, Quality, Engineering, Environmental, and Health & Safety. Technical & Engineering Solutions: Delivering solutions that meet our technical requirements, including product and process improvements, tooling design, and equipment development. Quality Management: Managing quality assurance activities, such as supplier audits, product testing, and monitoring to ensure compliance. Documentation & Compliance: Producing essential quality engineering documentation, including FMEAs, Control Plans, and PPAPs, and supporting the company’s Quality & Environmental Management System (QEMS). Training & Team Support: Sharing quality knowledge and expertise through training and supporting staff to elevate team-wide competence. What You’ll Bring: Qualifications & Skills: A degree (or equivalent) in automotive engineering or a related field, along with knowledge of ISO, IATF, and APQP standards. Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and familiarity with quality management systems, ideally including Epicor E10. Attention to Detail & Team Mindset: A keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a collaborative approach to team success.
