This position requires a proactive approach to sales and a strong understanding of how to manage/guide the sales team Responsibilities Managing a sales team B2B - Outbound calls Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that generate leads. Tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on progress. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve targets. Requirements Proven experience in business development or sales. Experience in managing a tele-sales team B2B experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming obstacles.
