ADMINISTRATOR | Specialist Finance Team LOCATION | STOCKPORT SALARY | 23,000 - 25,000 DEVELOPMENT IN TO MORTGAGE CASE MANAGER We are delighted to be working alongside a well-established Mortgage Advisory firm who are dedicated entirely to offering honest and ethical advice to their clients find the very best mortgage deals. Due to their ever-expanding growth they are now looking to recruit an Administrator to join their already highly successful Mortgage Team. This is a chance to work with a leading financial services company with passion, quality, trust and respect values being at the core of their beliefs. You will provide a full administrative service to the team including submission of mortgages and loan enquiries. You will deal with lenders and provide high standards of communication to clients. Responsibilities include: " Liaising with clients, advisers, solicitors and lenders throughout the process " Filing, scanning, photocopying of all relevant documents which are needed for the applications " Maintaining business logs using internal CRM system " Communicate with management producing reports on personal case loads " Reviewing, updating, tracking and monitoring of cases to manage a pipeline in a fast-paced mortgage environment, from submission to completion " Dealing with any incoming general enquiries " Keeping customers up to date on their case and push for feedback on all completed cases.
