You will be responsible for Conduct thorough fault diagnosis and inspection of PCs, Apple Macs, and iOS devices, both under warranty and out of warranty, ensuring accurate identification of issues. Perform repairs on PCs, Apple Macs, and iOS devices, strictly adhering to Apple’s guidelines to maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Utilise Apple’s Global Service Exchange (GSX) system to efficiently order parts andcomplete repairs, ensuring a smooth and streamlined process. Employ Microsoft’s ROBO system for part ordering and repair completion, optimising work flow, and service delivery. Communicate effectively with end users via phone, email, and helpdesk, providing clear and helpful support to resolve their issues. Coordinate the scheduling of device collection and delivery, ensuring timely and efficient service for customers. Document procedures in accordance with ISO standards, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records to support quality management and continuous improvement. Key Skills Experience in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of PCs, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing Apple Mac computers maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Skilled in the triage and repair of Apple iOS devices, including iPhones and iPads,with a focus on precision and customer satisfaction. Familiarity with Apple’s Global Service Exchange (GSX) system, leveraging it to streamline repair processes and improve service delivery. Exceptional communication skills, particularly in active listening and effective questioning, to understand and address customer needs comprehensively. Strong personal planning and organisational abilities, enabling efficient management of tasks and responsibilities. Professional and courteous telephone manner, ensuring positive interactions and clear communication with clients and colleagues.
