This exciting opportunity will involve supporting a specific function and covering end-to-end People processes while closely collaborating with our L&D, Talent Acquisition (TA), and Reward/Ops teams.
Description
Provide guidance, support, and advice to functional managers on People processes, helping to up-skill and coach individuals to effectively lead their teams.
Monitor, track, and handle Employee Relations (ER) casework, ensuring managers are equipped to handle these processes and intervening when required.
Analyse and report on HR metrics, identifying key trends or themes, and provide proactive initiatives based on data insights, while offering regular updates to the People Business Partner and managers.
Lead people initiatives and projects, managing time-lines, agreeing on milestones, and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
