The Community and Engagement Lead will be responsible for shaping an engaged and supportive community that drives awareness of, and participation and loyalty for Charity for Civil Servants at all levels within the Government Regions of North East, North West, Yorkshire and the Humber, and Midlands.
This is a senior role, focusing on building productive, supportive and lasting relationships across our community. The majority of our ‘Community’ are reached within their workplace.
This role is crucial in ensuring the Charity is highly visible amongst our target audiences, including senior leaders, networks, staff social & community groups and departmental associations.
To be successful in this role, you'll be an expert in building and developing relationships with individuals and organisations, including high-value stakeholders, as well as driving awareness, participation and loyalty activities. You’ll also be experienced in working closely with volunteers and developing and delivering opportunities for community fundraising.
