Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager - Sales, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (25 hours per week). As part of our Sales Department, you will play a key role in supporting our international operations, particularly between Australia and China. Your responsibilities will include order processing, stakeholder management, and marketing support — helping us strengthen our presence in the Chinese market.
* Part-time (25 hours per week).
* Ideally, 3 : 00 PM – 8 : 00 PM to align with the time difference between Australia and China.
Key Responsibilities :
* Accurate and efficient data entry — processing orders into our system.
* Provide customer service support and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) in China on basic marketing and event coordination.
* Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
* Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation.
What We’re Looking For :
* Meat industry knowledge (preferred).
* Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.
* Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
