Full-time chef role in HMP Prison Services - Oxford, 42 hours a week, 4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern, 7am - 5:30pm. No split shifts or evenings.
* Produce food efficiently in line with recipe sheets
* Know all menu items and manage production to minimize wastage
* Maintain food levels and quality, adhering to hygiene and health and safety standards
* Record consumed volumes and report anomalies
* Assist in shift checklists and training new team members
* Participate in ad hoc duties and wear required uniform
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 Culinary or equivalent, Food hygiene certificate - Level 2
* Pass full security vetting and DBS checks
