About the role
We are looking to hire an Influencer Manager who is excited to continue learning about the world of influencer marketing while honing your skills as a client services professional. This mid-level account management position will be tasked with leading influencer outreach and will also have the opportunity to interact directly with clients and senior management.
Our perfect candidate is someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment, who is organised and a team player, and has experience communicating with influencers across the lifestyle spectrum, including food and wellness verticals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy
1. Responsible for thoroughly researching client, inclusive of social audit and reviewing brand-provided materials.
2. Active participant in strategy development, inclusive of guiding partnership and content approach.
3. Advising clients on best in class approach for both organic and paid strategies.
Influencer Discovery
1. Lead on the list pull process to ensure influencers align to the campaign strategy based on key messaging, brand aesthetic, campaign goals, influencer strategy (demos, categories, tiers, criteria), etc. for each account.
2. Lead the charge with sourcing new, up and coming influencer partners for our clients.
3. Support partner teams in creation of paid plans to optimise best in class content.
Partnership Management
1. Oversee paid influencer partnership outreach through to completion.
2. Lead creation and maintenance of pitch and briefing materials and influencer conversations.
3. Responsible for the negotiation of low/mid reach paid partnerships in an efficient and effective manner, utilising data to inform decisions. Facilitates contract draft and redlines with legal support.
4. Lead the end to end influencer collaboration process, inclusive of updating master documents.
5. Manage contract creation and execution for assigned partners.
Monitoring & Reporting
1. Support team in monitoring for influencer posts, when needed.
2. Ensures accuracy of Live Posts and Performance Analysis tabs (weekly).
3. Prepare account’s monthly/campaign recaps based on the agreed upon campaign strategy, inclusive of data analysis via Google Sheets and Google Analytics.
Client Management
1. Prepare weekly status document and send finalized status along with weekly post highlights to client prior to call.
2. Present weekly highlights during client status calls.
3. Act as champion of creative content, adhering to client standards.
Team Management
1. Manage up to senior leadership, sharing progress updates and challenges with your leadership team.
Billing & Finance:
1. Responsible for the collection of all account invoices.
2. Inputs all invoices and payment details into payment trackers with accuracy.
General
1. Elevate issues with influencer collaborations, being proactive with next steps.
2. Assist on any special projects for additional clients if needed.
3. Research and share industry trends to ensure we’re staying ahead of the curve.
Skills
1. People and relationship oriented, cares about clients, team members, influencers and mentorship.
2. Continued strong interest in influencer and social media marketing.
3. Proficiency on prominent influencer social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
4. Familiarity with influencer discovery platforms.
5. Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
6. Fluency in Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and corresponding platforms.
7. Growing self & team-management skills and willingness to dive head first into tasks.
8. Should have a baseline understanding of working on paid partnerships.
9. Must have at least 3 years min. experience in Marketing, Social Media, Influencer and/or related fields.
