DNA Recruit is working with an Independent Experiential Agency specializing in activations, hospitality, retail, and conferences worldwide, to find them a dynamic Senior Client Services Manager who will report to their Commercial Director. Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary contact for high-profile clients.
* Build authentic, long-term relationships.
* Drive growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
* Develop and present innovative experiential marketing strategies.
* Analyze market trends and insights to inform campaigns.
* Manage campaign planning and execution to deliver on time, within scope, and budget.
* Collaborate with creative and operations teams for seamless delivery.
* Lead and mentor a team of client services professionals.
* Foster collaboration and adherence to efficient processes.
* Deliver detailed reports on campaign success and areas for improvement.
* Monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with objectives.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Experiential agency experience, preferably with a digital focus.
* Proven track record in retaining and growing client accounts.
* Charismatic and sales-oriented.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-centric approach.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like HubSpot.
