To develop and deliver an engaging and diverse activity package that meets the needs and expectations of all customer groups, including owners, holidaymakers, and external visitors. This includes assessing customer preferences, ensuring high-quality experiences, and continuously refining offerings to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Summary of Main Tasks/Duties
1. Deliver an outstanding indoor and outdoor activity experience, ensuring service, quality, and consistency, within a clean and safe environment catering for all.
2. Ensure all owners and holidaymakers know who to go to and are given a warm welcome and a first-class service in order to create treasured memories.
3. Create and support a ‘sense of community’ – a real family spirit.
4. Recognise dissatisfaction and deal with complaints speedily and with empathy empowering a problem resolving team, resulting in customer satisfaction and improvement to the overall guest experience.
5. Ensure an extensive knowledge of all products provided, identifying all secondary spend opportunities and activity experience improvements.
6. Run every activity with a consistent level of enthusiasm.
7. Clean equipment before and after each activity.
8. Work closely with the entertainment & leisure teams in the running of certain activities which require both teams.
9. Aim to reach and exceed targets set by the Entertainment Manager.
This is a seasonal role.
