We are currently seeking a Property Manager who is committed to maintaining high standards and building strong relationships with customers and contractors. Day-to-day of the role: Customer Experience & Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with both customers and contractors. Create and distribute regular customer communications. Conduct regular owners' meetings in both individual and group settings. Plan, attend, and manage evening AGMs for portfolio sites. Portfolio Management: Instruct and monitor both reactive and proactive repairs. Manage and coordinate the customer insurance claims process. Conduct regular property visits. Record Keeping: Ensure customer records are kept accurately and up to date. KPI Management: Monitor customer satisfaction through complaints percentage and surveys/interviews. Track customer response times and ensure delivery meets or exceeds targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Full, clean UK Driving License. Previous experience in a customer service-based role. Strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team. Proficiency in Office 365. Ability to work to targets and handle pressure effectively.
