Job summary Our Children's Urology service leads the way in the care of children and families living with urological conditions, we work collaboratively with our Bladder and Renal Specialist teams as many children require the service of all three specialties An exciting opportunity has arisen for a clinical nurse specialist to join our specialist multidisciplinary team. Closing date: 29/01/2025 Interview date: 07/02/2025 Main duties of the job The successful candidate will work in the outpatient and day-unit setting to provide holistic care and diagnostic services to children with a broad spectrum of Urological and Bladder conditions. The successful candidate will work one clinical shift on the renal / urology ward per 4 week rota to maintain clinical skills and facilitate collaborative working It is desirable that you will have experience of conducting diagnostic tests and are able to catheterise children. The children's Urology service is dedicated to supporting staff to develop and progress, and this post will present the successful candidate with numerous learning opportunities.
