Job Overview
The role will involve inputting of orders and liaising with our customers via phone and email with any order queries, sending samples when required, helping the order processing team to fulfil the daily orders ready for picking, as well some administrational duties.

Skills, Experience, and education required:
* Office experience in an order processing / customer services role
* Proficient on all Microsoft systems, Word / Excel
* Good communication skills, in person and over the phone
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to follow Service Level Agreements

Key Responsibilities and Duties
As an Admin Assistant, you will need to:
* Input orders onto the current and new in-house computer system (full training to be given).
* Sending samples
* Answering the telephone and transferring calls
* Assistance with XML orders
* Printing off orders from sales inbox when required
* Responding to queries from the sales inbox
* Liaising with customers via phone and email
* Working with all departments within the company, i.e. Customer care, telesales.
* Filing, scanning, reception cover etc. as required
