Responsibilities
The Role:
* Boning and trimming beef;
* Working knowledge of customer specifications;
* Reporting any product that does not conform to specifications to the Supervisor;
* Ensuring production runs efficiently by working as a team;
* Maintaining Health, Safety, Hygiene, and food quality standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations;
* Any other ad-hoc duties required.
Qualifications
Essential
* Previous experience in the food industry;
* Ability to demonstrate good knife skills;
* Possess good communication and teamwork skills;
* Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative while being part of a team striving to achieve high levels of customer service.
Desirable
* Previous experience in boning or trimming beef would be advantageous.
