Job Title: Business Analyst – Banking

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in the banking domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering solutions tailored to the bank's business needs. This role involves providing consultancy and advisory services to the business, systems development, and journey mapping, as well as managing senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver high-quality engineering solutions for banking business needs.
2. Provide consultancy and advisory services to the business and systems development teams.
3. Conduct journey mapping and manage senior stakeholders.
4. Lead and participate in banking regulatory projects.
5. Utilize Agile, Waterfall, Mobile, and Web technologies to drive project success.
6. Develop and manage APIs, cloud solutions, and enhance customer experience.
7. Strong API integration experience to ensure seamless connectivity and functionality across systems.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
8. Proven experience in the banking domain.
9. Strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
10. Proficiency in mobile and web technologies.
11. Extensive experience with APIs, cloud solutions, and customer experience enhancement.
12. Expertise in one or more of the following domains:Branch Self ServiceSavings, Wealth, and InvestmentsCurrent Accounts and ProtectionCredit CardsMortgages and Unsecured LendingBusiness BankingCustomer Onboarding Experience, Public Site, and CommercializationSecure Channels and Core ServicingOpen Banking, Rewards, Innovation, and APIsPayments and Debit Cards
