In this role, you'll provide high quality administrative support to the Post 16 Education, Employment & Training (EE&T) Team within the Virtual School, contacting young people to ascertain their learning or work activities. As the Tracking and Data Assistant, you’ll need to have excellent communication skills. And although training and support will be offered for all our processes and systems, you’ll need to have demonstrable experience of working with various IT packages and systems to a high level of accuracy. You’ll also participate in a wide variety of projects and activities to promote the service.
