SAP Programme Director Opportunity – Lead Transformation Projects with Top FTSE 100 Clients - Salary circa £150,000 plus benefits


Our client is looking for a SAP Programme Director to lead impactful business transformations from start to finish. In this role, you’ll work on cutting-edge SAP solutions, including S/4, Business Suite on HANA, CX, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and UX, with some of the UK's top FTSE 100 companies. You’ll be pivotal in shaping client engagements, leading delivery, and driving strategic initiatives.


Your Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and deliver profitable SAP programmes, building strong CXO relationships
* Shape and win new business opportunities, growing the client pipeline
* Innovate and build continuous improvement into delivery models
* Manage high-performing teams using hybrid working models
* Chair or co-chair board-level meetings with executive stakeholders
