What you’ll be doing: Our ICT and Digital team are recruiting two Digital Developer and Designers who will be responsible for developing front-end and back-end digital developments to improve the efficiency of the Council and provide increasingly positive experiences to users. In this position you will work on a variety of platforms, predominantly the Jadu digital platform, to build and streamline digital forms that meet customer and departmental needs. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of the council’s website, secondary sites, and the implementation of website developments such as API's and integrations to ensure optimal functionality. This role will give you the opportunity to collaborate with departments across the council to enhance digital experience through the integration of service applications with the main website. Working closely with Customer Service, you will optimise Jadu Connect (Case Management system) so that it is fit for purpose, supports service improvement, and improved customer journeys.
