Are you a kind, caring, and compassionate individual with a passion for making a difference? We’re looking for someone who can connect with our residents, whether in group settings or one-on-one, to create meaningful and engaging experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement a comprehensive activities timetable and personalised plans tailored to each resident's interests and needs.
2. Plan and lead daily activities both on-site and off-site, ensuring a variety of enriching experiences.
3. Conduct and review risk assessments for all activities to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
4. Regularly evaluate and update activity schedules to align with residents’ evolving needs and preferences.
5. Build strong community connections and collaborate with external professionals and organisations to support residents’ rehabilitation and personal goals.
6. Manage activity supplies, ensuring stock is maintained and replenished as needed.
7. Facilitate off-site trips (a driver’s license is preferred but not essential).
