The role The Junior Application Support Analyst will support the development, maintenance, and optimization of the digital platform used within the EAP framework. This role is ideal for an individual looking to develop their skills in a dynamic healthcare environment with a keen interest in application management, client and business support. You will work closely with senior team members across different departments to enhance user experience by assisting with management of daily operations, resolving system issues and maintaining system documentation. Responsibilities: System Support: Assist in the daily management and support of the Uniphi system, ensuring smooth operation for internal and external users. Assist in troubleshooting minor issues reported by users, such as login problems or basic navigation help, escalating more complex problems to senior team members where needed. Help update and organize user guides and FAQs to assist healthcare professionals and internal users in navigating the system. Assist with application testing with the roll out of updates and hotfixes. Client Support: Assist in preparing materials for client demonstrations and training sessions, such as slides and step-by-step guides. Shadow senior team members during client meetings and training sessions to learn how to effectively support clients in using the system. Help respond to client inquiries about system functions. Capturing requests and assisting in the scoping of functionality changes to the application. Implementation Support: Working with EAP team members to scope the needs of Clients using the existing system Assisting in the finalisation of portal builds and communication specifications Documentation and Organization: Help maintain up-to-date records and documentation related to system processes and data management (e.g. Lean Business Cases, Use cases, Flow diagrams). Assist in organizing files and documentation required for system updates, validation and compliance (e.g., GXP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11). Support the team by keeping track of updates and changes to system processes, ensuring that documentation reflects these changes (e.g. Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions) User Acceptance Testing documentation for new portal builds or re-configurations of existing builds. Team Support: Provide general support to the Digital Platform Lead and other team members as needed, including scheduling meetings and taking notes. Contribute to team meetings by sharing updates on assigned tasks and learning about upcoming projects. Participate in on-the-job training sessions to build knowledge of the digital platform and the EAP projects it supports. Candidate Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Life Sciences, Information Technology, or any relevant field. Experience 1-2 years Familiarity with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel) Skills: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to follow procedures accurately. A willingness to learn new systems and tools, with a proactive attitude towards developing new skills. Good communication skills for assisting with user inquiries and working within a team.
