* 40 hours per week
* Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5:30pm
* Saturday: 8:30am to 12.30pm
The role of Customer Service Representative:
* Look after customers and their rental arrangements face-to-face and over the telephone.
* Opportunities to gain commission for upselling long-term rentals.
The ideal Customer Service Representative:
* Hardworking individual with attention to detail
* Ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ideally have experience in the service industry
* Hold a full-valid driving licence for a minimum of 12 months, with no more than nine points on the DVLA check
* Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
