We’re searching for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our local team of high-performing professionals and keep our finances positioned for continued success. The CFO will have a day-to-day, ongoing impact on Pluxee UK business, leading all relevant accounting activities, financial analyses and action plans developed in partnership with business to continuously improve our financial position in line with Pluxee Group guidance and framworks. This position is a key leadership role and hence part of the Pluxee UK executive leadership team, requiring effective communication skills. She/he is a valued business partner within the company and therefore can demonstrate ability to improve performance and help seize new business opportunities. What you'll be doing: Group guidance, processes and requirements are implemented and complied with in all aspects of the job and related duties. Responsible for all aspects of financial accounting, treasury, financial controlling, budgeting and financial planning of Pluxee UK. The role will entail: Daily running of the finance team, the review of cash flows, financial statements and reports, Group reporting and local statutory requirements for treasury, tax, legal, insurance and other related administrative activities in connection with the Group counterparts whenever needed. Monitoring and supervising period end closure procedures for ledgers and reporting including tax planning and reporting according to IFRS – IAS and other administrative procedures and standards Managing banks and financial institutions always in tight cooperation with the Group Treasury and Financing department, developing trusted relationships with them. Leading the preparation and analyses of all programs related with cash flow, analytical balance sheet, fund flow and other financial tables Follow-up of government incentive processes and all regulatory requirements in close cooperation with Group legal department whenever needed and legal advisors Leads the development, analysis, and interpretation of business and financial data to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the organization. Responsible for providing effective financial controls for the organization and assists other departments in budgeting and forecasting. Contributes to the protection of company assets. Participates and contributes to the Finext Program (Group finance transformation plan) Role model in the collaboration with Executive team members at country level as well as spoke and global levels Cooperates with internal and external auditors and partners Builds an effective and engaged Finance organization with right skills and knowledge You’re a match 10 years performing a CFO position required (experience in matrix structure companies desirable) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred 15 years of experience in Finance. Strong accounting experience mandatory 15 years of experience in Treasury Operations Management, Auditing, Financial reporting Experience from international environment/company programs. Experience in a big Four or equivalent would be a plus.
