Job summary We now have an exciting new leadership role as Deputy Chief Estates & Facilities Officer - Operational. Reporting into the Chief Estates and Facilities Officer, this role will form part of the senior leadership team within the Trusts Estates and Facilities directorate. the post holder will be responsible for the Trust's operational estates and facilities functions across both hard and soft services. Main duties of the job You will develop and lead on the Operational Estates Strategy, ensuring it aligns with the overall Trust Strategy. the post holder is accountable for ensuring that the Trust is compliant with statutory and regulatory standards of Estate and Facilities management.
