Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and external specialists to implement and adapt Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Promoting communication, social skills, and emotional regulation through tailored interventions and activities. Fostering a positive learning environment that encourages independence, confidence, and academic progress. Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to educators and parents. What We Are Looking For: Experience: Proven experience working in a school setting, specifically with SEN students. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and adults alike. Knowledge: Understanding of various SEN conditions and strategies to support diverse learner needs. Passion: A genuine commitment to enhancing the educational experience for all children, particularly those with additional needs.
