They will provide business change expertise on behalf of Innovate to the end users supported by the company. The team works closely with the Project Management and Digital Transformation teams to support local and national project implementations alongside the scheduled business as usual offerings. Main duties of the job The position will require experience in delivery of change and transformation requirements, including the mapping and analysis of service provision, the identification of new and innovative ways of working, and of benefits associated with this transformation, ideally within a healthcare setting. You will be experienced in managing your own workload; and have excellent computer and communication skills. Travel across sites will be required as part of the duties of the role.
