The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving sales growth. This is a sales acquisition role focusing on new business growth, service, growing accounts and client retention. If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for customer success, we want to hear from you What you will be doing: New business acquisition in the field To maximize the lifetime retention and profitability of a portfolio of accounts Develop and maintain relationships with clients To increase sales profitability within each account Provide quotations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and address concerns Providing a high level of after sales support, to secure existing contractual business requirement What we are looking for: Able to demonstrate proven experience in winning and selling to large commercial customers 8-10 years' experience gained in the food service industry Someone who is target driven, hungry, motivated and "makes it happen" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and presentation abilities Takes ownership and accountability for results Ability to work independently and own initiative, plan time effectively for maximum impact My client offers a competitive basic salary paying circa 50-70k DOE plus bonus, company car, pension, 25 days holiday, laptop, phone.
