Hunter Adams is seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager to join our Manufacturing client in Warwick. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record in leading and managing HR teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and coach the HR team to deliver effective HR solutions and services.
* Oversee all aspects of Employee Relations, ensuring compliance with policies and employment legislation.
* Drive Learning & Development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational capability.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
* Provide expert guidance on complex HR issues and foster a positive workplace culture.

* Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing HR teams.
* Expertise in Employee Relations and Learning & Development.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
