We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer focused individual to provide technical administration support service over 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday (not including weekends and public holidays) to a multi-skilled team of Prevention and Enforcement Officers offering a range of services to include car parks, litter enforcement, fly-tipping and illegal encampments and other statutory nuisance, and anti-social behaviour issues.
What do I need to have?
1. A minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in customer services, providing a fast-paced front-line customer service area, with a sound knowledge of customer care principles.
2. 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including English and Maths.
3. Excellent IT skills including experience of Microsoft Office Packages.
4. To be collaborative and accountable.
5. Methodical with excellent attention to detail.
6. Ability to work under pressure, work to deadlines and manage workloads.
7. Be a team player but also works well as an individual showing initiative.
8. Be enthusiastic and have a confident and common-sense approach.
9. Be flexible and adaptable to change especially at short notice.
The successful candidate will need to:
1. To be collaborative and accountable.
2. To be effective and efficient to the teams you support.
3. Be inclusive and be considerate ensuring that the team can provide a service by collaboratively working together.
