CCB Sheet Steel Limited, a steel stockholding company, is pleased to announce we are looking to bring on a new team member for a sales administration position. This role will operate as a direct assistant to the sales executives and operations manager. The role is Hybrid, split work from home & office. Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday. This role does not require / offer overtime hours. Travel for work purposes may be required (visiting other sites).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Aiding the sales team inputting order/data into an industry specific order system (iMetal).
2. Organizing, cataloguing and distributing steel certification.
3. Assisting the operations manager with stock control & logistics relating to the movement of the product.
4. Answering telephone queries from customers & making outbound calls to pass on information regarding deliveries.
IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Required: Fluency in basic software applications (Word, Excel, GSuite, Adobe etc).
Preferred:
1. Experience dealing with steel (either in sheet or other formats).
2. Experience in stock/quality control.
3. Experience in a customer service / sales based role.
