Location: AIR Wakefield
Reporting to the Director of Business Support, you will act as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers to AIR Wakefield. You will provide outstanding customer service by ensuring all queries are answered promptly and relevant departments are updated accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Working front of house, meeting and greeting customers
• Announcing clients as necessary
• Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including taking notes and making travel plans
• Preparing meeting and training rooms
• Answering the telephone in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
• Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
• Sorting and distributing mail
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensuring the safety of employees and visitors in the event of emergencies
• Completing and recording weekly Health and Safety checks
• Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as required
Qualifications & Experience:
* Microsoft Office experience essential with good numeracy and literacy skills
