We’re looking for a proactive Tech Services Manager to lead a team in delivering top-tier maintenance services. You'll oversee reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams is essential to deliver quality service efficiently.
Main Duties:
* Act as the primary contact for the client, understanding their needs and maintaining excellent service delivery.
* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources to meet contractual KPIs and performance indicators.
* Oversee staff development, appraisals, and succession planning.
* Ensure accurate reporting, budget management, and cost transparency.
* Identify energy-saving initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
* Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legislative requirements.
* Conduct audits, training sessions, and regular team briefings.
* Drive continuous improvement and exceptional customer service.
