We are looking for:
An experienced technician to support the provision of Materials Management’s services in a clinical GMP environment. Key duties include; cleaning of manufacturing equipment and facilities, dispensing of materials for manufacture, inventory management, shipping and waste support. At Pharmaron we offer:

Requirements:
4. Clean manufacturing equipment and facilities according to GMP, Pharmaron and other appropriate standardsSample and dispense materials.
5. Responsibility for training others in Materials Management processes, as well as guiding the design of training.
6. Coordinating shipping activities with colleagues and logistics partners, ensuring preparation of paperwork, labels, and products for timely shipment.
7. Ownership of at least one materials management area or work stream including equipment cleaning
8. Involvement in client or regulatory body audits.
9. QMS interaction; Investigate deviations, action CAPA, support the improvement of documents.
10. Assisting safety and regulatory compliance activities.
11. Receive deliveries according to procedures including hazardous, temperature critical or GMP materials.
12. Store materials according to their precise storage requirements.
13. Perform routine stock checking and stock system maintenance tasks.
14. Deliver received items to the order originator / storage location.
15. Communicate with internal customers to confirm that requirements are met.
16. Collecting and processing site hazardous and non-hazardous waste in a compliant and safe manner.
17. Listing and packing in accordance with procedures.
18. Operate the department’s plant and equipment according to procedures and report issues to line management immediately.
Key roles and responsibilities: Essential:
19. Previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry, with advanced understanding of GMP and its requirements.
20. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
21. Knowledge of chemical safety and handling.
22. Experience of cleaning cleaning/handling fragile materials.
23. Prior experience in the disposal of hazardous wastes.
24. Have an understanding and awareness of the need for good safety processes and procedures.
25. Excellent planning and organization skills – ability to multi-task, manage time and accept changing priorities.
26. Effective written and oral communication skills.
27. Good stakeholder and relationship management.
28. Work within and ability to effectively contribute to multidisciplinary scientific teams and environment
29. IT Skills with a good working knowledge of MS office
Desirable:
30. Fork lift truck licence
