What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone:
• Who is calm,flexibleand imaginative.
• To work as a key worker for a child with additional needs
• Has good interpersonal skills andis able touse their initiative as well as working well in a team.
• Has a good level of English, Maths and IT skills.
This role will be classroom-based with the successful candidate taking direction from the class teacher and SENCO to provide high quality support to small groups of children and 1:1 individuals.
A willingness to undertake the following training is essential:
• Children Protection and Prevent Training
• First Aid Training
• Team Teach
The successful candidate will be:
