Requirements:
* Experience Working with Students with Diverse Needs: Proven experience working with students with a range of special needs, including those with SEMH, autism, and learning difficulties. (Desirable)
* Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
* Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to manage complex and challenging behaviours with patience and understanding.
