Inside Sales Team Manager

Our client is a provider of Innovative Medical Services to customers and is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join the team.
You will be leading a small team of Inside Sales Reps, Telemarketers, Customer Support, and Admin (approximately 8 people in total) and will be setting the strategy and driving activity and standards to support the continued growth of the organization.
The successful candidate doesn't necessarily need previous management experience, but they do need the passion to lead a team; be driven by quality & integrity of customer service, and be able to analyze call data to identify performance trends and opportunities to upskill the team and drive sales.
You will be mentored into the role and given full training on the company's services and quality standards while getting to know your team. Once fully trained, you will then be responsible for driving sales through increased productivity and improved call transfer rates, providing training and support to the team, and setting KPIs and targets to achieve personal and company growth targets. This role will also have its own personal call handling responsibilities for repeat customers.
Office based from Burgess Hill, Mon-Fri (9am to 6pm).
Attractive base with OTE of approximately £50,000.
