We are looking for a responsible and committed individual with a passion for service excellence to join our team as a Kitchen Porter on a Zero Hours Contract. As a Kitchen Porter you will: Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of working areas Maintain the highest operational standards of cleaning to a safe and hygienic standard Uphold good housekeeping and organisational practices in all areas as required Ensure all kitchen areas and BOH areas are cleaned, properly organised and stocked up to the standards required in line with Company processes and procedures Ensure staff canteen is stocked up and clean before and after staff meals Ensure the right chemical/equipment is used on the right surface and the right way (as per COSHH and H&S regulations A successful Kitchen Porter will have: A genuine interest in building a career in kitchen Previous experience within a similar hotel environment/previous experience within a busy kitchen environment.
