Pay Rate: £12.66/hour (basic) with un-social hours pay of £15.51 (20:00-22:00). Overtime Pay on a Saturday (after 37.5 hours) £15.53 per hour and £18.73 per hour on a Sunday (after 45 hours). Shifts: AM / PM shifts available, Monday to Friday with some overtime available on a Saturday and Sunday and working hours of 4 / 6 / 8 / 12 hours per day / shift, depending on your availability. Key Responsibilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Picking orders efficiently and accurately Some heavy lifting involved; ability to meet physical demands is essential Meeting daily targets and deadlines Operating machinery MHE / FLT safely and adhering to all safety protocols Requirements: Hold a valid MHE / FLT licence (inhouse or accredited) Have experience in MHE / HLOP / LLOP / PPT /MLOP/ FLT / VNA / BENDIoperation Previous experience in warehouse operations and manual handling. Physically fit to handle heavy lifting and demanding tasks. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. All candidates need to undertake a drug and alcohol test on induction day.
