We're now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the way in improving our digital presence, optimising online performance, and creating meaningful customer journeys. You'll bring together insight, creativity and tech to ensure our website, campaigns, and CRM activity drive the right results and reflect who we are. Why This Role Matters This role is key to shaping how families and potential team members discover and engage with Partou online. You'll oversee the website experience, lead digital campaign strategy, and manage paid media budgets. You'll also optimise CRM activity and customer engagement—all with a clear focus on data-driven decisions, ROI, and alignment with our brand. What You'll Do Website & User Experience Manage the day-to-day performance of our website to ensure it's secure, fast, and easy to use. Continually improve layout, design and navigation to support enquiries, job applications, and business interest. Campaign Management & Performance Lead paid and organic campaigns across SEO, email, CRM, paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic. Monitor performance and use insights to optimise reach, engagement, and ROI. CRM & Customer Engagement Plan and manage CRM activity that drives retention, engagement, and personalised experiences. Use data to refine segmentation and improve the customer journey from first click to long-term relationship. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and other internal teams to ensure activity aligns with wider business and brand goals. Manage agency relationships to ensure high-quality delivery and consistency across all digital touchpoints. Media Budget Oversight Own the media budget, balancing cost-effective tactics with high-impact campaigns that deliver value. You'll drive strong website performance and conversion rates, improved site speed, and seamless user journeys. You'll demonstrate ROI across all paid campaigns and use A/B testing and CRM insights to continually refine tactics. What You'll Bring A strong background in digital marketing and campaign management. Experience managing websites, CRM strategy, and paid media across multiple channels. Strong data skills with the ability to translate insights into action. A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and agency partners.
