About the Role
As Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our commercial operations, ensuring financial performance and maintaining the highest standards of guest service. Youll lead a dedicated team, maximising sales across our retail, food and beverage and secondary spend areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive revenue growth and maximise visitor spending across all commercial areas.
* Lead and develop the commercial team to ensure excellent guest service and operational efficiency.
* Manage stock control, pricing strategies and promotions to optimise profitability.
* Work closely with marketing and senior leadership to enhance the attractions commercial strategy.
* Ensure strict compliance with all Health & Safety policies.
* Monitor financial performance, delivering reports and insights to inform strategic decisions.
* Maintain high presentation standards across all commercial spaces.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in a commercial or retail management role, ideally in a visitor attraction, hospitality, or leisure environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* A commercial mindset with experience in budget management and revenue growth strategies.
* Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Experience working with stock control, financial reporting and operational efficiencies.
