Key Responsibilities
* Provide best-in-class service to customers, ensuring seamless transactions and an excellent customer experience.
* Engage with customers, understand their needs, and identify the right route for the call to take.
* Support customers in finding Finning parts and services.
* Discuss promotions with customers and follow up on warm leads.

Requirements
* Customer service and relationship building skills.
* Knowledge of mechanical components and functionality (Caterpillar knowledge desirable).
* Previous call handling experience (not essential).
* Ability to record accurate data.
* IT skills, good ability with Microsoft packages.
Education and Experience
* Customer service experience.
* GCSE standard education.
* Understanding of the Engineering and Power Industry.
