Job Duties:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students' individual needs.
2. Implement effective behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning environment.
3. Assess and evaluate student progress using various assessment methods.
4. ️ Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other professionals to support student development.
5. Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
6. PGCE
7. ✅ QTS
8. Degree in Education or related field
Experience:
9. Experience teaching primary school students is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
10. Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and educational best practices.
11. Excellent behaviour management skills.
12. ️ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
14. Additional training or certifications in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Safeguarding.
Working Conditions:
