We are looking for a detail orientated HR / Learning & Development Co-ordinator to join the People team!
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented individual with exceptional organisational skills, a true monitor evaluator and completer finisher?
As HR/L&D Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing and streamlining various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring our services to internal and external stakeholders are efficient, consistent, and delivered to a high standard. Therefore, experience in HR is desirable.

Skills & experience:
* Strong interpersonal skills and enjoys working with people, building strong relationships with our teams.
* Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Ability to learn and understand our internal HRMS and LMS Systems.
* Skilled in data management, record keeping, and documentation.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage tasks, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.
* Effective verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
* High degree of accuracy in tasks and data management.
Summary of main duties:
* Assist the Group HR and Learning & Development Manager with daily administrative tasks.
* Update and maintain employee information across our systems and internal records.
* Respond to external reference requests and maintain the DSAR data sheet.
* Conduct regular audits for compliance training, personal documentation, and probation processes.
* Support with the administration of our People initiative calendar.
* Update our Academy trackers to ensure accurate reporting and provide support with course bookings.

Travel:
