We are recruiting a GPpartner to work 4-6 sessions per week.
An exciting opportunity to join a successful, thriving GP surgery inthe beautiful Wealden town of Cranbrook. We are currently 2 partners and 2 salariedGPs with a list size of 4,200. There are plans ahead for the development of newGP premises in the centre of the town.
You would be working with a dynamic, fun and effective team thatfocuses on providing excellent care for our patients.

Person Specification
Qualifications
Essential
1. Medical degree. Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners or equivalent in training if approved by the Royal College of General Practitioners.
2. Registered GP with the GMC (included on the GP Register).
3. Included on GP Performers List.
4. Possesses the right to work in the UK.
5. Current General Practice experience with up-to-date GMC appraisal/revalidation.
6. Certificate of satisfactory immune status re: Hepatitis B and other relevant viruses.
7. Demonstrable ability to relate well to challenging patients, carers, relatives and staff.
8. Full driving licence, with use of own car.
Desirable
9. First-hand experience of developing services in a constantly changing environment.
10. Knowledge of adherence to the CQC Fundamental Standards.
11. Understanding of contracting, finance, service delivery and activity monitoring.
