We are seeking a skilled Legacy and In-Memory Manager to lead the development and implementation of a new In-Memory giving strategy, building on existing fundraising activities. This role will require the ability to drive growth and innovation through new campaigns and products, while maintaining strong relationships with supporters and their families.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building empathetic and long-lasting relationships with supporters and their families to promote the importance of the funds raised.
* Developing and delivering a range of innovative and impactful fundraising campaigns to a wide range of audiences.
* Managing relationships with external agencies and providers to drive growth and deliver results.
* Establishing and developing tribute funds and managing relationships with associated families and supporters.
Person specification:
* Experience working on a campaign stewardship journey.
* Ability to process and work well from data and spreadsheets.
* Experience of delivering income growth within a charity.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently, innovate, and lead by example.

The role will be split between Rochester and home working, with the majority of time spent in Rochester.
