With 550 talented individuals across seven offices, we’re excited to recruit an Internal Recruitment Executive to support the Talent Director across the business and be part of the wider HR team. This is a hybrid role, with three days at our Dartford office close to Bluewater and in due course, one of those two days will be in Herne Hill. The salary range is £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE) plus company benefits. As an Internal Recruitment Executive, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment process, and enhancing the candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers across the business to understand their hiring needs and support the company’s growth by delivering high-quality recruitment solutions. Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, staying responsive, organised, and adaptable. A proactive approach. You keep recruitment on track without waiting to be asked, ensuring a seamless hiring process. Key Responsibilities: 360/Full Recruitment Cycle, from understanding the brief to writing job adverts, conducting telephone screenings, and forming shortlists. Interview Support by assisting hiring managers in shortlisting candidates and ensuring a structured, values-driven interview process. In time, you will create bespoke interview kits. Sourcing & Talent Pipelining. Use job boards, our extensive candidate database via our ATS, and proactive outreach to build strong talent pipelines. Candidate Database. Improve efficiency in revisiting suitable candidates for future recruitment needs. Candidate Experience. Ensure all interviewees receive feedback, either directly from you or via the hiring manager. Job Offers & Onboarding. Confirm and send offers via the ATS and then coordinate with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Reference Checks. Complete reference checks efficiently and on time. ATS/ Reporting Become a superuser of our applicant tracking system (ATS) within six months, ensuring efficient recruitment processes for hiring managers. In time, train hiring managers on using the ATS effectively to streamline recruitment Newsletter / Recruitment Campaigns. Create touchpoints with our candidate database through job and company updates to drive engagement. Review and manage rejection reasons and market feedback within the ATS to improve our hiring strategy. Regularly assess and update automated communications in the ATS to ensure they remain market-relevant. Send a bi-weekly vacancy list to the broader business, ensuring the visibility of open roles.
