Job Purpose:
The Head of Marketing is responsible for boosting the performance of Guerbet products & solutions through developing and executing marketing strategies within the EMEA region. It is a high business impact role involving exposure to many different stakeholders. He/she commonly works to adapt/enhance marketing strategies, design marketing programs, and drive their execution to maximize revenue generation in a highly focused manner. The work involves strategic input, operational planning, and a strong drive towards execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Influence Global marketing strategies (incl. using bottom-up intelligence inputs).
2. Design EMEA Marketing strategy adapting Global marketing strategies to region/countries (incl. NPI). Prioritization & Tailoring.
3. Define product portfolio at Regional level (expansion or pruning).
4. Build enhanced value proposition framework on product & service offer specific for region (in collaboration with Global Marketing).
5. Own competitor intelligence at regional level.
6. Build close relationships with regional KOLs & Develop them (in collaboration with Global Education).
2. Plan & Drive Execution of Marketing Programs
1. Design Regional Marketing Activation Plan.
2. Define European Society congress strategy & plan.
3. Create innovative marketing downstream programs for the region (when necessary).
4. Design Regional Educational Program (incl. CoE, cross-country symposia) in collaboration with Global Education.
5. Support design of Local Marketing Activation Plans (incl. integration with Regional strategy).
6. Drive Regional & Local marketing plan execution, incl. omnichannel campaigns (Regional & Local).
3. Develop Marketing capabilities within Region
1. Create a strong marketing community at the regional level (incl. staffing / capability assessment / development programs).
2. Ensure continuous intense field exposure of marketing teams across the region.
4. Bring efficiency & fluidity in S&OP processes
1. Support Demand Plan Accuracy uplift in EMEA.
2. Support product allocation optimization within countries.
3. Act as single point of contact for countries for Supply Chain acceleration queries.
4. Increase efficiency in EMEA-Supply Chain interactions.

1. Build stakeholders network & ensure smooth day-to-day cooperation and coordination.
2. Ensure alignment with key countries and drive deployment.
3. Challenge regularly the activity and efficiency of the processes.
4. Ensure all marketing and communication activities are compliant with regulatory & compliance standards.
5. This position potentially embeds the management of a team (tbd as part of current organizational design).
Your profile:
1. Bachelor / master’s degree in marketing or business administration.
2. Extensive Marketing background with >10 years’ experience in Healthcare Industry.
3. Marketing skills including knowledge of Digital marketing.
4. Proven experience in managing people and projects.
5. Knowledge of CRMs and marketing tools.
6. Proven ability to engage with customers and create trustful relations.
7. Strong appetite to face customers.
8. Excellent communication skills in English.
9. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, maintaining positive relationships with others as well as developing trust.
10. Strong ability to influence and role model in marketing activities.
11. Self-starter with a proven capacity to adapt quickly.
12. Ability to make effective, thoughtful, and timely decisions in an autonomous manner.
13. Tolerance for uncertainty.
14. Capacity to identify and pursue relentlessly new opportunities for growth.
15. Strategic thinking to analyze a situation and determine the best course of action.
16. Ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal or no supervision.
