Role Overview of Parts Advisor
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient stock management and supporting field operations through accurate inventory control and timely supply coordination. This role also involves maintaining compliance with safety standards and improving internal processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities of Parts Advisor
Manage inventory levels across multiple locations, including on-site, in-field vehicles, and customer premises.
Ensure safe handling and storage of materials in line with safety standards.
Accurately identify and issue required items to meet operational demands.
Monitor and record stock movements, including weekly checks and returns processing.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies.
Utilise internal systems for order placement, tracking, and reporting.
Maintain an organised workspace and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
Occasionally assist with the transport of materials between sites.
