An excellent London Borough Council is seeking a Planning Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis for a minimum of 3-6 months, with the likelihood of extension.
The successful locum Planning Lawyer will be required to hold a caseload of planning and highways work, including Section 106, Section 278 and planning advice.
While a hybrid working arrangement is preferred, our client is also open to fully remote applicants. Requests for part-time hours will also be considered.
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and confident Planning Lawyer who will be able to hit the ground running. Therefore, local authority experience is highly advantageous, but this is not essential.
