Payroll & Benefits Analyst

Hybrid Working, 2 days in the office in Hebburn

We are looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to internal stakeholders and colleagues by administering benefit schemes membership and contributions. You will deal with internal queries on this matter and provide reporting to relevant internal and external stakeholders. You will own and execute yearly benefit-related events, particularly P11d, as well as monthly compliance activities such as National Minimum Wage checks and Auto Enrolment.

What you’ll do day to day
* SAYE and YBS reporting and balance analysis
* P11d ownership and delivery
* Health scheme analysis and invoicing
* Administrating pensions opt-outs and changes in the payroll system and producing relevant reporting
* Casual holiday payment reporting and analysis
* Approvals and deductions for Cycle to Work and Child Care Vouchers
* Legacy overtime rate analysis and administration
* Responsible for managing pension processing and life assurance set up
Helpful skills and qualifications
* Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data
* Pensions and benefits knowledge, including P11d calculations
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
* Exceptional communication skills
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and accuracy
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
* Understanding of HR and Payroll systems
